The Excel V laser is treating enlarged vessels/telangiectasias. It is a 15 minute procedure and is tolerated without numbing creams. There will some mild to moderate swelling up to 3 days. Repeat treatments are done at 2-3 week intervals. 2-3 treatments are usually needed.
