HOW TO PREPARE FOR A RESTYLANE® KYSSE INJECTION

The first step when preparing for any procedure is to see if you qualify. During your initial consultation, you’ll get a chance to meet with a skilled Restylane® Kysse injector. They will listen to your cosmetic goals, carefully review your allergies, and go over your complete medical history.

If approved for Restylane® Kysse, you may be required to abstain from aspirin and ibuprofen for seven to ten days to reduce the chance of excess bleeding during treatment.

You’ll also be asked to avoid salty foods, alcoholic beverages, and anything else that could dehydrate you for the 72 hours before your appointment. This is because HA works by bonding with nearby water molecules to add volume and hydrate the skin, improving its texture and elasticity.

We cater to the discerning client, who desires the upmost in customer service, quality of care, and cosmetic results. We encourage our prospective clients to do their research. We are confident that you will not find a facility which matches our experience in conjunction with our comprehensive collection of services.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER A RESTYLANE® KYSSE INJECTION

After a Restylane® Kysse treatment, no recovery process is needed, and patients will not need to take any time off from work. However, it is recommended to avoid strenuous exercise or the gym immediately after filler injections to minimize swelling and bruising, as well as prolonged sunlight exposure.

You might experience minor redness or swelling for about a week or two, so allowing these issues to subside until evaluating your results is essential. The full effects of Restylane® Kysse can last between 6 to 12 months. Some individual’s results start to gradually fade after about six months, while others may enjoy the benefits for up to a year or more. To maintain desired results, touch-up treatments are recommended.

FROM OUR CLIENTS

Dr. Weiner is a genius! I receive non-cosmetic botox injections for hyperhidrosis, which are usually excruciatingly painful. Dr. Weiner has offered two different methods that make it bearable, including a new method he tried on this visit that worked like a charm!

Alternative and Complementary Treatments

If you are not a candidate for Restylane® Kysse, you could be eligible for an alternative injectable lip filler such as Revanesse® Versa™ or Juvederm®. This will depend on your unique facial anatomy and allergy contraindications, as discussed during your consultation.

On the other hand, if you are able to get Restylane® Kysse, you might also be interested in the full suite of Restylane® products and the other incredible benefits they can have on your appearance:

What happens during a Restylane® Kysse Injection?

Our Restylane® Kysse sessions take place at Aesthetic Clinique in Santa Rosa Beach, Cooper City, and Parkland. A series of injections will be made into one or both lips and/or around the mouth as needed to achieve your desired smoother skin and enhanced volume.

Do Restylane® Kysse injections hurt?

All Restylane® products contain a small amount of lidocaine to prevent pain during treatment. This is sufficient for most patients. If requested, we can also apply a topical numbing cream before we begin.

How much is Restylane® Kysse?

The price of a Restylane® Kysse treatment depends on how much volume you want to add to your lips, what kind of shaping you’d prefer, and the extent of your perioral lip lines. If your plan involves other Restylane® injectables or other procedures, we will calculate the cost of those separately.

How long do Restylane Kysse Lip Injections last?

Restylane Kysse is a dermal filler specifically designed for lip enhancement. The duration of its results can vary from person to person, but on average, it typically lasts for about 6-12 months. Factors that can influence how long Restylane Kysse lip injections last include individual metabolism, the amount of product used, and the specific area of the lips treated. To maintain the desired results, individuals often require periodic touch-up treatments once the effects start to diminish. It’s essential to consult with a qualified healthcare provider for a more accurate assessment of how long the results are likely to last in your case and to determine the best maintenance schedule for your lip enhancement.

How much does one syringe of Restylane Kysse cost?

The cost of one syringe of Restylane Kysse typically ranges from $500 to $800.

Please note that these prices are subject to change over time, and it’s essential to consult with Aesthetic Clinique for the most current pricing information. Additionally, inquire about any potential package deals or current specials that may be available for multiple syringes or treatments.

Is Restylane Kysse or Revanesse Versa better?

The choice between Restylane Kysse and Revanesse Versa (commonly referred to as Versa) as a lip filler depends on individual preferences and goals, as well as the expertise of your aesthetic injector. Both products are dermal fillers designed for lip enhancement and can provide natural-looking results. Here are some factors to consider:

  • Product Composition: Restylane Kysse is made by Galderma, while Versa is made by Revanesse. They have slightly different formulations, but both use hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body, to add volume and shape to the lips.
  • Results: The results of both Kysse and Versa can be similar, providing increased lip fullness and definition. However, the outcome can vary depending on the skill and experience of the injector.
  • Duration: Both products have a similar duration, with results typically lasting around 6-12 months. Maintenance treatments are usually needed to sustain the desired lip appearance.
  • Cost: The cost of Kysse or Versa treatments can vary based on location and provider. It’s essential to inquire about pricing with your local medical spa of choice.
  • Provider Expertise: The experience and skill of the aesthetic injector performing the procedure are crucial. Choose a qualified and experienced injector who can assess your specific needs and deliver the desired results.
  • Allergies and Sensitivities: Discuss any allergies or sensitivities you may have with your provider. They can help determine which product is better suited for you.

Ultimately, the choice between Restylane Kysse and Revanesse Versa should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare provider who can assess your individual goals, anatomy, and medical history. They can provide personalized recommendations and help you make an informed decision based on your unique needs and preferences. Both products can be excellent options when administered by a skilled professional.

How long does it take for Restylane Kysse to soften?

The time it takes for Restylane Kysse to soften or for initial swelling to subside varies among individuals. Typically, immediate swelling and potential bruising can be expected after lip filler injections, including Restylane Kysse, but this usually diminishes within the first few days post-treatment. Final results, where the filler has settled and integrated with the tissues, become more apparent after a couple of weeks. Following post-treatment instructions provided by your healthcare provider, such as avoiding strenuous activities and refraining from touching or massaging the treated area, can help minimize swelling and bruising. If you have concerns or experience unusual side effects during the healing process, it’s advisable to contact your healthcare provider for guidance and reassurance.
