What services do you offer?

The Aesthetic Clinique in Santa Rosa Beach offers an array of services such as: injectables, radiofrequency microneedling, body contouring, laser hair removal, IV therapy, facials and peels.

How experienced is your staff?

The Aesthetic Clinique has been voted the Best Aesthetic Practice in 2018 at The Aesthetics Show. We have a very experienced and well-trained staff and our physician, Dr. Weiner, lectures and trains around the world. He has been voted Top 100 Injectors for a number of years. Brittany Brock, our PA, has trained under Dr. Weiner for the past 7 years. Janice, our Masters’ trained aesthetician has been with the practice for 18 years and has won numerous awards and accolades. She has worked alongside Marisa and Hannah and guided them in their knowledge and experience.

What should I expect during my first visit?

A complimentary consultation is your first step towards treatment. During this period, we allocate time to address any questions you may have and discuss the treatments we offer to address your specific concerns. We will review the consents for treatments, provide post-treatment instructions, discuss the costs associated with the planned treatments to ensure clarity on fees before services are rendered, and capture photos that will be included in your medical chart.

How do I schedule a consultation?

To schedule a consultation, you can either call our office or use our online booking tool on our website.

Is there a consultation fee?

No, all of our consultations are complimentary.

Can I book appointments online?

Yes, you are able to book an appointment online through our online booking tool on our website.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes, most of our packages are discounted 15%.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Care Credit

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we are proud to offer Care Credit as a financial option.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, we offer 10% off all services to military personnel. This cannot be combined with in-office promotions.

Do you offer training/shadowing for injectors?

Yes, we offer both half day and full day training days in-office for injectables, RFM (radiofrequency microneedling), ultrasound, IV therapy, office operations. Please contact us today to learn more.

What is your cancellation policy?

We strive to schedule appointments at times that are most convenient for you. To help you remember, we send a reminder email two business days in advance, followed by a phone call or text message 24-48 hours before your appointment. To best serve all our clients, a $50 fee applies for any appointment canceled or missed with less than 2 business days’ notice, including any free services you schedule with us. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Please remember that this time is reserved specifically for you. To avoid fees, please call us to cancel or reschedule at least 2 business days in advance.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds; however, purchases for one service may be used towards another service or product.

Do you have gift cards available?

Yes, you can purchase a gift card in-office or online.

Are there any loyalty or rewards programs?

We participate in Aspire Rewards and Alle rewards. If you have any questions regarding these rewards programs, do not hesitate to ask our friendly staff.
