No Show/ Cancellation Policy

The Aesthetic Clinique and Steven F. Weiner, MD, do our best to see our clients and new consults in a timely matter.

We want our evaluations and treatments to not be hurried or appear so.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 fee.
– Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will incur a $100 fee.
– As a one-time courtesy, the practice may waive the cancellation or no-show fee at its discretion. Any waiver will be documented in the patient’s appointment record. After a waived first occurrence, any subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will result in the applicable fee being charged.
– A valid credit card on file may be required prior to scheduling future appointments following a missed or late-canceled appointment.

All fees for late cancellations and no-shows will be charged to the card on file.
