Melissa is a board certified acute care nurse practitioner who practices aesthetic medicine and cosmetic dermatology. She was born and raised in Miami, fl. She attended Barry University for her undergraduate studies in science and nursing, graduating top in her class in 2013. She continued to work hospital based medicine in south Florida for six years prior to beginning her graduate studies at Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. While working full time as a critical care nurse, she completed a masters of science in nursing, with a dual focus specialty in adult/ geriatric acute care in 2019. Post graduation she pursued her passion for aesthetic medicine. She is dually certified and committed to safety and quality results for her patients.

Melissa has treated thousands of patients, completed numerous trainings, courses, and fellowships for both acute care and cosmetic dermatology. She has trained with top plastic surgeons and world renowned cosmetic medicine experts. She has completed many advanced courses in aesthetic medicine with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Allergan Medical Institute, MD
