A Non-Surgical BBL can be performed with minimal discomfort with only local anesthesia. Dr Weiner uses cannulas to improve comfort and bruising. There are no restrictions after the procedure, particularly, no sitting restrictions as there are with fat transfers. This option is a viable option for those people with no excessive fat to harvest or those who don’t want the downtime associated with the standard BBL.
