Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 fee.
– Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will incur a $100 fee.
– As a one-time courtesy, the practice may waive the cancellation or no-show fee at its discretion. Any waiver will be documented in the patient’s appointment record. After a waived first occurrence, any subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will result in the applicable fee being charged.
– A valid credit card on file may be required prior to scheduling future appointments following a missed or late-canceled appointment.

All fees for late cancellations and no-shows will be charged to the card on file.

Gift Card Terms

Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. Any remaining balance will be issued as a gift card. Gift cards do not expire. Gift cards may be redeemed for any product or service at Aesthetic Clinique. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Product Refund Terms

We do not offer refunds; however, purchases for one service may be applied toward another service or product.

Service and Package Terms

Packages are valid for 365 days and are non-refundable, except in special cases at the discretion of the practice. Individual services are non-refundable, except in special cases.

Age Restrictions

Services are available to clients 18 years and older. Minors under 18 must have documented parental or guardian consent.
